This is a self-funded project; no sponsorship and no sales of any kind. More information about Augmented Reality and Bicycling here. Augmented Reality and Bicycling: the presentation at the 419 Room (in Rustbelt Coffee) will be from 5:30-6:30 on Tuesday May 21. We can hang around and have another coffee afterwards. Background image for the poster is here. The presentation is for a general audience and is not technical. The basics of AR will covered, along with examples of how AR is changing the world of bicycling, including safety, navigation, racing and body monitoring. There will also be some speculation on how AR could impact the Northwestern Ohio bicycling world. Admission could possibly be $5 or a social media post or two emails to interested parties. CC: AR2wheels@gmail.com The info for the presentation in Port Clinton, at GOBA is here. (halfway down the page). Additionally, all kinds of AR-themed presentations are possible. Ride of Silence, Toledo

This event was organized by We Are Traffic.org.

The evening was full of the beautiful light of Spring, and the best of humanity was in abundance. Bicyclists from all over the Toledo area gathered for a memorial service.

from the Ride of Silence website:

On May 15, 2019 at 7:00 PM, the Ride of Silence will traverse and unite the globe as nothing before it. Cyclists will take to the roads in a silent procession to honor cyclists who have been killed or injured while cycling on public roadways. Although cyclists have a legal right to share the road with motorists, the motoring public often isn't aware of these rights, and sometimes not aware of the cyclists themselves.

I will soon be doing presentations about Augmented Reality and Bicycling. The first is at Rustbelt Coffee, on Tuesday, May 21, from 5:30-6:30. The other presentation is part of GOBA, and will take place June 18. AR and bicycle safety is part of the presentation.
